You will have responsibility for running teams of c12-14 individuals who manage Mortgage Arrears.
In order to be considered for the role you must have the following experience;
- A solid background in Team Leader/Team Manager roles within Financial Services
- Working in Arrears and Collections operations
- Demonstrable experience of Mortgages
- Knowledge of the FCA and relevant regulatory processes and procedures
- Previous experience of developing individuals, improving performance and performance management.
