Our client has a job vacancy for a Team Manager to work within a Thriving Families Team based in Bexley. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is negotiable (limited company worker).

Requirements:
Have you got a social work degree or equivalent?
Are you HCPC registered?
Do you have at least 2 years recent post qualifying UK experience working within a similar role?

If you have suit these requirements then you could be the ideal candidate.

Duties:
- You will be managing specific staff, cases and work.
- You will be supervising complex whole-family assessments.
- You will be completing assessments, plans and reviews.
- You will be advising on case work and staff issues.
- You will be managing a developing staff.
- You will be representing the team at internal and external meetings.
- You will be chairing meetings including reviews of family SMART action plans.
