Team Manager (Shifts 3pm-11pm)

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join one of our sites in Leeds on a fixed term contract for six initially, starting as soon as possible. In this role you will be responsible for the management and development of approximately twelve case handlers. The case handlers will be handling PPI complaints on behalf of customers in a contact centre environment. The purpose of this role is to ensure client delivery is achieved through the effective management, support and supervision of your team members.

The working hours for this role are 3pm until 11pm.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Team Manager with contact centre management experience ideally gained within a financial services environment. Superb people management skills are paramount in this role along with experience of carrying out appraisals, coaching sessions and interviews.

Based in Leeds. Salary £31,000 plus a 15% shift allowance. Fixed term contract position for six.
