I am looking to recruit a Team Manager who is a motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious and professional, with a passion for working within a Referral and Assessment (R&A) environment and possess a good working knowledge of relevant legislation and its impact on children's services. You will be responsible for the supervision of a team of social workers and support workers.

Ideally you will need to have previous managerial experience within child protection (co) and ideally duty. You will need to be HCPC registered. You will need to demonstrate existing leadership and management qualities with the ability to manage your time effectively. This is an excellent post for someone who wishes to gain experience and develop their career. The position is based with one of the best local authorities in the UK who have consistently been rated as 'outstanding'.
