Team Manager Project Manager Delivery Leeds Banking Development and support manager * Opportunity type- permanent * Client- retail bank * Location- London or Leeds dependant on your preference * Salary- up to £55,000 dependent on experience and location * Technical- need a technical background- operations/ development etc * Title: Team Manager/ Team Leader Project Managers/ Development Managers I have multiple opportunities for strong Team Manager Project Managers to join my retail banking client. You will be leading projects, the support and development of the customer data platform. This area currently has over £20 million worth of projects running through it so this is a large scale operational role. You will take the lead on project plans to lead and deliver technical solutions, and work with the off shore partners to ensure delivery. Due to growth on several fronts, there are opportunities available in both Leeds and London. You will need to bring your leadership skills and experience of managing complex technical delivery before with the mentoring, coaching and developing of your offshore resources being a key element of this role. You will also need to bring your technical background as while you will not be technically hands on, you will functional and technical understanding of the projects you are coordinating, as well as the developers you are leading on the programmes. This is a rather unusual role giving you the opportunity to retain some technical prowess, while making on more of a leadership/ management based role.
