TEAM MANAGER OPERATIONAL SUPPORT SYSTEMS - DUTCH SPEAKING - BELGIUM

NextLink Solutions are looking to speak to a TEAM MANAGER OPERATIONAL SUPPORT SYSTEMS that is looking to join a exciting project within the Telecommunication sector in Belgium.

POSITION SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for the operational management of systems and tools in the following areas. Within the domain ITS/NSI (Network Service integration):

- Feasibility, Provisioning, Migrations & Repair: SAFE. GDA/CAS. CBB, ISIs, MIG, ABR, ABD, MIA, ...
- Planning, Engineering & Construction: Genesys, GDA, Scan & Search, GND, Fibre to the Home. ITC. ITR. PAX, GIS, ...
- You need to lead motivate and coach your team to the mission and the objectives of the Department of ITS in the domain NSI and your team.
- You need to lead a team of about ten people (internal staff, local contractors and on-site partners), supplemented by offshore employees.
- You need to manage the planning and the work content of the team members.
- You ensures proactive cooperation on projects to ensure the operational readiness.
- You guarantee the compliance with the service levels within the domain.
- You guarantee a strong relationship with our internal customers to satisfy their needs to improve customer satisfaction and to understand business SLAs.
- You guarantee delivery of (offshore) partners within the contractual conditions.
- You will stand in for solving technical problems.
- You will be responsible for the operational coordination and follow-up of important incidents within the team.
- You will be responsible for the implementation of the logged incident, problem and change management processes within the team.
- You define KPls for availability, performance, quality and reliability of the activities within the team.
- You create, improves and maintains the operational procedures in order to increase the efficiency and operational excellence.
- You implements the strategy, the vision and the objectives of ITS and domain NSI within the team.

OTHER SKILLS:

Understanding and knowledge of ITIL processes

Knowledge of Dutch and English, French is preferred
