Team Manager - 18-65 Mental Health Assertive Outreach

Our client has a job vacancy for a Team Manager to work within an 18-65 Mental Health Assertive Outreach Team based in Hampshire. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £33-37 per hour (limited company worker).

The duties for this role will be:
- Managing budget.
- Monitoring relationships with other agencies.
- Delivering effective services through management operations, resources, information and people.
- Managing a team of fieldwork staff.
- Planning support for individuals.
- Prioritising work.
- Negotiating contribution from other statutory organizations towards aspects of care.
- Developing and maintaining strong multi-agency relationships.
- Maintaining departmental standards on case recording, equalities and client access.

You must hold a Social Work qualification, HCPC registration and have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a social worker within an 18-65 Mental Health Assertive Outreach Team.
