Team Manager | Fostering | Gloucestershire

My client, a local authority social services department, is looking to hire a Team Manager for their Fostering team based in South Gloucestershire.

Within this role you will be managing a large team of Qualified Social Workers within this established fostering team. My client is looking for someone with prior experience of managing a social work team, whether that be within a local authority or an independant fostering agency.

This locum post is due to run for approximately 4-6 months, and will pay in the region of £30-£35 per hour (limited company rate).

In order for you to be considered, you must:

- be a fully Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW etc)
- have a MINIMUM of 2 years management experience working for a local authority Fostering team or similar
- have a CRB/DBS dated no older than 1 year
- be able to interview for this post within the next 7 days
- be able (if successful) to start in this post within the next 2 weeks
