TEAM MANAGER - CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE (INTERIM POSITION)

6-12 WEEKS INITIAL CONTRACT

£150 - £200 PER DAY

This is a fantastic opportunity for focused experienced manager to manage the day to day operations within the Customer Service Centre (approx. 160 FTE)

The Customer Service Centre (CSC) is the first point of contact for all customer contact by phone, email, SMS and emerging channels (eg, Social Media), for all directorates across ECC. The Customer Services Centre (CSC) manages customer contacts, both inbound and outbound, and supports online customer interactions through channels such as email, web-chat and SMS.

The post holder will report to the Customer Service Centre Manager working as part of the CSC leadership team working across the CSC with responsibility for the management of a team of qualified and non qualified staff. We are at the forefront of the transformation of Customer Service and have opportunities to implement innovative ways to serve Essex residents through a culture that welcomes new ideas and approaches.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN A CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTRE ENVIRONMENT AT A SENIOR MANAGEMENT LEVEL AND HAVE A FLEXIBLE ATTITUDE, WORKING WITHIN A DEMANDING AND EVER CHANGING ENVIRONMENT.
