What will your job be?

As a result of the Transformation Program this function comes into existence in the Center IT Development. In this position you manage the realization of the team objectives, thru the assigned test team on the assigned location, realise the most optimum organisation, determine test strategies, test scenario's and as well as a test master plans and directs the suppliers process regarding test resources for all processes (incl. projects) and changes, incidents and system upgrades, leading to (cost) efficient test processes supporting optimal services to the client. The most important tasks are:
Manages the test team(organization and maintenance) on the assigned locations;
Selects and implements the required supporting test tools and monitors the use of them across the organization in alignment with the other teams;
Confers with involved centers, departments and teams regarding test activities that require mutual cooperation as a result of mutual dependency;
Agrees with external clients regarding content and planning of test processes;
Plans and organises the test activities (regularly and from projects);
Pro-actively contributes to the Test strategy;
Determines report concepts and takes care of the execution of Team reports.

Higher Vocational Education;
> 7 years' experience in the assigned functional area
Specific knowledge regarding testing, test processes and methodology/tools;
You are client focused and result driven;
You are very good in problem analyses and problem solving;
Capable to work in an international environment, you speak English fluently;

PLEASE NOTE: the candidate needs to have experience with a line-management fuction!!!!
Functie-eisen
At least 7 years experience with teammanagement testing (motivate in the proposition)
At least vocational education
Knock-Out:

Agree hiring conditions and procedure (this includes travel expenses home-work)
At least English level B1
Candidate may start after complete Pre Employment Screening (PES)
CV in Word of PDF-format, volledig in het Nederlands en/of Engels.

CV (met motivatie) mag niet langer dan 7 pagina's zijn.

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Waar in de gunningcriteria kennis en/of ervaring wordt gevraagd, moet dit specifiek uit het CV naar voren komen, zodat beoordeeld kan worden of daadwerkelijk aan de criteria wordt voldaan. Alleen een opsomming in een lijst van bijvoorbeeld systeemkennis volstaat niet. De mate van ervaring moet duidelijk worden toegelicht.

Bij de werkervaring in het CV dienen de periodes gespecificeerd te worden met maanden en jaartallen. Voorbeeld periode werkervaring augustus 2002 - december 2009.

Ook genoten opleidingen en cursussen dienen gespecificeerd te worden in jaartallen met de vermelding of het diploma/certificaat wel/niet behaald is.
