Team Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a team leader to join the financial services division for a FTSE 100 company in Manchester.

The Team Leader will be responsible for;

- Ensuring that the work required in your area of responsibility is effectively planned and fairly allocated
- To motivate, coach and support the team to achieve team and individual targets
- Identify learning needs and provide opportunities to address these needs
- Develop team members through monitoring and effective delegation
- Provide team management in line with company HR practices to address personal issues and individual performance
- Provide a two-way communication channel for the team

The successful applicant will have the following;

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong management background preferably from a financial/pensions environment
- Customer focused with the ability to deal with a range of people
- Proven coaching skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a management team
- Effective meeting skills
- Highly organised
- Full certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent is desirable
