Team Leader Windows System Administration (f/m)

Task description:
*Ensure team members are knowledgeable about systems and respective IT services, understand and deliver these according to agreed service level targets
*Ensure team members have individual performance targets and monitor teams performance
*Relate new or revised policies, procedures and/or processes to team members to ensure they have the most up-to-date and current information
*Serve as a resource and content expert to team members, providing them with guidance and answering questions to clarify the work activities
*Act as substitute for Data Centre Operations room team leader during his/her absences
*Provide knowledge transfer to other colleagues in the Data Centre section and ensure sufficient documentation is available
*Contribute to the deployment of IT solutions in production by advising on the production impact of planned changes, assisting Data Centre Operations in the rollout and post implementation

Your profile:
*Team lead experience - leading small to medium teams of experienced technical experts
*Experience with Windows server technologies, ITIL processes (particularly change, incident and problem management), operating mission-critical IT infrastructure environments
*Working experience in mixed operating system and database environments, including Windows/Linux/Unix, MS SQL Server, Oracle, ESX
*Knowledge of Active Directory (2008 R2/2012), DNS, Group Policy, DHCP; AD certificate services; Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 installation, administration and troubleshooting; SCCM 2012; VMware vSphere 5; Citrix XenApp; Exchange 2010; SQL Server 2008; Oracle Enterprise Manager; Tivoli backup systems at user level
*Work in a shift system possible
*On-call duties possible
*Very good command of English with proven drafting ability
