Team Leader - (Order to Cash Background)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a Team Leader with Order to Cash knowledge, for a market leading Utilities client based in their prestigious location Hinckley.

Job Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to drive the integrity, accuracy and performance of the Order to Cash (OtC) reporting team. The Performance Reporting Team Leader the OtC Performance Reporting Officer in the OtC reporting process, part of which is undertaken offshore in Chennai by TCS.

Experience Required
* Knowledge of the Gas Connection process advantageous
* Experience of developing and operating MI reporting and controls
* Competent in numerical analysis
* Knowledge of SAP-BI reporting
* Previous experience within a Order to Cash department
* Preferably, experience in the operation of transactional processing in large/complex businesses

Accountabilities:
* Manage maintenance, development and removal of routine reports covering all Order to Cash processes
* Create Monthly performance reports to distribute across the department and wider business
* Record, review, assess and control ad.hoc MI requests
* Maintain circulation lists for all reports
* Ensure all reported MI has full documentation
* Support control integrity of reports
* Reconciliation of GSOP reports to Sales Order core data
* Monitor and coordinate D10 audit
* Performance and Controls compliance through operation of both a performance framework that ensures all OTC staff are effectively and consistently developed and a control framework that ensures all business and process controls comply with the requirements of the client's annual Letter of Assurance
* Lead, coach and develop small team of staff to achieve business objectives and operate processes effectively and efficiently
* Review and monitor targets and performance
* Identify and facilitate personal development and competence, skills and experience
* Foster a working environment to encourage initiative, responsibility and inclusion
* Support in maintaining and develop processes for Performance Reporting
* Identify and implement system enhancements, where economic
* Work with customers to provide reports produced in a controlled, co-ordinated manner which enable them to better manage their businesses.
