Rate; £20 per hour

Duration; 3 months (rolling contract)

I'm currently looking for a Team Leader from a maintenance background to work on a min 3 month contract in Herefordshire.

THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for managing all matters concerning service contracts to tenants, leaseholders and other service users. You'll ensure that all contractors perform as agreed. Expert knowledge and good management is vital and you'll ensure that any shortcomings are spotted and addressed in a timely manner. Experience in supervising a multi-skilled trades team is essential.
For this role you must have strong team leadership skills as well as having a strong knowledge of the construction industry.

SKILLS

- An Understanding HHL corporate aims, objectives and policies
- Being responsible for signing off and QA processes
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience of supervising a multi-skilled trades team
- Working knowledge of environmental management issues and sustainability in its broadest sense
- Excellent ICT skills and ability to develop, implement and maintain appropriate systems for operational and management purposes.
- Exceptional communication skills or ability to communicate

You MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE in order to be considered for this role.

A Health and Safety certificate or ISOH qualified would be advantageous
