Team Leader Laser Scanner Systems (f/m)

Starting date: asap
Length of the contract: 12-24 Months with extension and take over option

Task description:
*Management of a team of FPGA and Tooling engineers and software project managers
*Management of international software projects in the collaboration with other development sites
*Define processes and methods for software project management, Tool and FPGA development conform the Automotive Spice standards, functional safety and current development trends
*Define and develop team members competences and trainings
*Coach the team members for an effective implementation of software project management methods and development processes
*Define the templates for process documentation, monitor and report the progress, resources management
*Efficient and competent communication with partners, customers and management

Your profile:
*Degree in Software Engineering, Informatics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
*Automotive Experience, preferably in Embedded Software, Software Project Management for Driver Assistance Systems
*Relevant expertise in Software Engineering and Project Management Methods
*Leadership competences
*Very good English skills
