-Encourage the team to take on the challenges while believing that they will succeed as a team
-Act as visible and positive leader who quickly establishes and maintains an overview of the different tasks and processes within the team, in order to prioritise effectively
-Optimise inappropriate/ineffective work processes if needed, to ensure solid and stabile deliveries
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Technician, B.Sc, Cand.Scient, Cand.Pharm or similar background with knowledge of analytical methods and laboratory processes
-Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry as well as experience in the QC area
-It is important that you are positive, open minded, committed, and supportive, since the team is currently struggling with various issues
-You are a solid person with a strong character that will see this as an exciting challenge
-Fluent in Danish
