Role: Employee Expenses Team Leader
Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Thales UK is recruiting a Employee Expenses Team Leader in Crawley, West Sussex on a fixed term 9 month contract. The Team Leader will be responsible for the end-to-end employee expenses are processed and leading a team of 5 team members.

Primary Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for end-to-end employee expenses processing across multi-operating companies - covering all elements of expenses processing (electronic and manual); query handling and full administration of the company Travel and Expenses credit card

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Responsible for end-to-end employee expenses processing across multi- operating companies
Leading a team of 5 team members focused on one or more elements of expenses processing (electronic and manual); query handling and company credit card administration
To act as the expenses related subject matter expert/super-user for Oracle
To act as the UK subject matter expert/super-user for the Marco Polo expense management tool
Responsible for the successful leadership, training Excel; Powerpoint & Outlook
Minimum of GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

Desirable:
Detailed working knowledge of Oracle
Experience of working for a large and complex organisation - Shared Service Centre environment desirable
A'Level/Diploma level education
AAT studier
