Je functie: Context of the mission
The IS Employee Benefits/Healthcare department will be facing many challenges within the upcoming years.
The scope of this is very broad:
- The build of new external customer site
- Re-engineering of existing applications
- Development of new business functionalities

You and your team will develop and implement these changes in close collaboration with other IT domains and the business

Objective of the job
As Team Leader you will be responsible for
° As team leader
° Active coaching of a group of functional and technical designers (10-12 people)
° Manage the patrimony associated to this group
° Make estimations (in collaboration with functional and technical designers).
° Reporting to the management and the client.
° Coaching people in both languages (Dutch & French)
° As project leader:
° Construction and follow-up of the project plans
° Monitoring and Control of milestones and deliverables
° Identification and follow up of risks and issues
° Communication to the Management and other Project Leaders.

Mission period
Start date: ASAP (05/01/2015 or earlier)
Duration: 12 months
(Depending on evolution, extension is possible)

*Dutch and French, one fluent speaking, the other one good speaking at least.
English : Good

Level of education required
University Graduate or Professional bachelor with EDP Study Program
Ideally University graduate "Master" in Information Science.
