ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:
- Agile team lead to drive an application team within application software
- As a team lead in our organization you will be responsible for the execution & maintenance of the social experience applications.
SOME OF THE KEY TASKS FOR A TEAM LEAD ARE TO:
- Maintenance & Feature execution: Ensure that all requested maintenance & feature development in the application area is executed efficiently, on time and with quality.
- Monitor, track and report section status in maintenance, feature development and test, including escalations and short or long term risk management.
- Information sharing Provide application teams with necessary project information so team can be self organized.
- Ensure transparency through clear communications.
COMPETENCE:
- Scrum Master experience
- Ability to motivate, coach and empower teams
- Ability to handle time pressure
- Excellence in short & long term risk management.
- Ability to synthesize and clarify status through written or oral communications, both upwards and downwards in the organization
- Ability to clarify responsibilities, ownership and expectations.
- Good understanding of software development processes where Android competence or experience is a plus but not a requirement
