Reporting to the Service Delivery Officer in the Customer Data Service Team, the Account Administrator will support the provision of a range of services to customers including data enquiries and contact management and invoicing processes. All services should be delivered with an eye for effective customer and stakeholder relationships as well as being able to support the implementation of internal and externally driven changes to services

With a proven track record of managing teams, you will relish the opportunity to become part of this dynamic and engaging environment. Your impeccable attention to detail combined with your abilities to manage multiple priorities has seen you responsible for ongoing process improvement and the delivery of all critical business objectives.
