Team Leader- Instrumentation and Control

I am currently working with Service Company inAberdeenwho are looking for a Team Leader to manager their Project Engineers and Technicians. This is a senior position within this organisation. This company are expanding dramatically so it is an exciting time to join.

The Role

* You will be responsible for training up Project Engineers
* You will motivate and mentor the engineers you are In charge of
* You will be in charge of the team and will make sure that they are working well together
* You will be in charge of maintaining team performance and monitoring individual performance
* You will work with clients and provide solutions to their problems

The Person

* Educated to Degree/ HND Level
* Line Management experience and knowledge
* Ability to motivate people
* Instrumentation, Electrical and Control background
