Team Lead SAP MM/PtP

For one of our clients in Amsterdam we are currently looking for a Team Lead SAP MM (PtP). This is for a project of at least 12 months plus extensions.

Responsibilities
Participate in projects related to the definition, design, build, (test) and implementation of in-scope IT solution

Validate requirements for designing new common solutions Create the functional design of new common solutions Analyse functional and technical designs, asses the solution direction (costs effectiveness, functional and technical fit of the solution) and support the development of the solution

Guard the commonality and integrity of the common solution; Provide proactive support to European Business Process manager with defining and maintaining

business processes within the assigned area Formulate and maintain system- and user documentation in designated knowledge management repositories Contribute to a smooth and planned handover of in-scope IT solutions to Application Maintenance Coordinate and provide (end user) training related the in-scope IT solutions Assess the complexity of projects and together with business project managers propose which prerequisites and competencies are required

Provide active support on operational issues, propose potential solutions and after approval, support the implementation of improvements to common solution

Perform the analyses and impact study, in case of new needs on the solution architecture, coming from new initiatives, projects or change requests, and responsible for the ultimate decision

Collect business demand Actively partner with and challenge stakeholders in order to continuously improve Solutions Bachelor degree or higher 8+ years of relevant SAP consulting within the area of Procure to Pay (PtP); SAP modules MM (and SD a plus) and the SAP IS-Retail solution (incl. Article data model)

Multichannel retail experience (trading goods companies, and not necessarily store operations) Understanding of best practices, trends and technologies within the area of PtP Experience with PtP competencies in the area of: External WMS integrations, Inventory management, Vendor Consignment, Vendor Integrations, External planning tool integrations (JDA D
