1. Strong understanding of web application architecture and platforms (Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS),
2. Strong understanding of Web Services, Web Development technologies, in particular J2EE (Spring, MVC patterns etc),
3. Good understanding of telecom billing domain.
4. Excellent stakeholder management
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to effectively build relationships with key business & technology stakeholders.
7. Work closely with strategic vendors, adopting a partnership approach and intelligently getting the best out of the vendors for the client's benefit.
