Team Lead/Manager of Statistical Programming - New Jersey

Expanding pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a Statistical Programmer in New Jersey with proven team leading/management abilities! Salary level is from $100-120K/year depending on experience, and will come with an annual bonus along with additional benefits!

You will immediately get to provide direct project and team oversight, while given the chance to train, mentor, and develop other employees. Other opportunities you will be exposed to include, but are not limited to:

-Responsible for managing the performance and development of a clinical programming team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
-Contribute to and implement a strategy for the structure and development of the programming team.
-Recruit new team members.
-Provide technical leadership and project management for technical aspects supporting clinical trial activities.
-Attend client meetings

All requirements must be met below:

-5 years SAS programming experience at a strong pharmaceutical company/CRO
-Hands-on CDISC/SDTM/adAm modeling
-Lead at least 3 studies in the past
-M.S Computer Science or Statistics related discipline
