The TEAM LEAD (JAVA) will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:

- You have an awesome personality!
- You can (mostly) doing and thinking combine.
- You ask for active support and feedback, but also dare to give feedback.
- Your personality can be described with words like technology, ownership, team player, innovative, proactive, flexible, customer- and solution-oriented.
- You have experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery.
- You have experience with leadership in an Agile environment.
- You have a passion for technology and still finds it cool to be involved hands on.
- You have experience with Java, Angular, Polymer and are a Rockstar in one of these.

The TEAM LEAD (JAVA) will perform the following responsibilities

You work 60% of the time as an engineer with you in your agile team (Squad). The remaining 40% you coach your peers. Together with ten open, critical and passionate colleagues you work in two-week sprints and there are daily stand-ups. With your colleagues, you also give your opinion without being asked at other agile teams.

We use an advanced Continuous delivery pipeline we use components such as Git, Sonar, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Selenium in combination with automated deployments
