Team Lead: Data Warehousing

My client requires a Team leader for a Data warehousing project who will manage a team of 3-5 resources responsible for requirements management.

The team leader will report to the program manager as well as to the project managers within the program which the team supports.

Skills required:

At least 5 years' experience of requirement management in large international programs/projects
Ability to manage a group of business analysts working on parallel, interdependent projects at differing stages in the delivery process within a program structure
Manage and run a Change Requests board to deal with changes requested for all parallel projects within the program
Work in close conjunction with Business representatives, Test, sourcing, architecture and maintenance teams
Experience with the challenges and pit falls of a large enterprise Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence program
Experience in plan driven project methodology
Experience in the Telecom industry
English as a working language
Fluent in Swedish (oral and in writing) essential

Good to have (but not essential):
Experience with the Teradata data warehousing environment
Experience with Business Objects
Experience with ALM
Strong team player
People skills
Knowledge within the Swedish telecoms market is beneficial but not essential
