Amoria Bond are looking for a Java Team Lead to help in the development of a new application with an off shore team.
You will be working closely with the architect and the team (which is based in Brazil) to continue building this app.
They are looking for someone who can lead the way and has a sense of responsibility towards the project and the product.

The client is a large international company that is going through a transition after taking over various companies in the same field.
The environment is very dynamic and they value people who like to take initiative, are communicative and give a lot of input to a project.
