Team Coordinator with excellent administrative skills wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Commercial Degree (Commercial School, Business School)
- Several years' experience working as an Administrative Expert
- Excellent administrative skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Dealing with complex administrative and organizational assignments independently as well as taking care of general administrative tasks for the HEAD GDD Communications
- Liaising with the Communications Manager to update the GDD Blog and other relevant SharePoint sites along with managing the distribution of mass mails to the GDD organization
- Assisting the team in event management logistics while taking on independent logistics management for internal and external meetings/events
- Supporting in scheduling individual and team milestones, like year-end discussion and objective setting as well as organizing the training registration for team members
- Collaborating with the assistants of other teams and informing, advising and supporting the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services
