e-Synergy Solutions are currently hiring for a Team Coordinator for a 3month contract based in Anderlecht, Belgium

Role - Team Coordinator
Location - Anderlecht, Belgium
Duration - 3 months rolling
Rate - Negotiable
Start Date - ASAP
Languages -English, Dutch and French
Visa - MUST have full EU passport

This is a temporary 3 month contract to replace the exit of an internal Team Lead.

Minimum 5 years of Team Leader/Management skills required.

Aim and Responsibilities

*Daily monitoring and leadership over a team of C++, Java and .NET developers to reach a controlled demand/supply equilibrium.
*Demand (projects, enhancements, incidents) regarding development mapping MOBIB and other applications
*Draw up the work schedule and coordinate with Project Managers, Functional domain leads and release management
*Ensure the daily task planning, control and monitoring of up to 15 developers
*Reporting to the Manager in connection with TAS status, issues and progress of this command
*English, Dutch and French is essential.
