My client, one of the leading Telco companies in Belgium, is looking for an enthusiastic B2B Team Coach to lead and motivate the team of Internal Account Managers and to provide them both sales and technical training.

Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of Internal Account Managers in the field of coaching, evaluation, recruitment, etc.;
* You will support and encourage your team to optimize their sales opportunities;
* You will monitor the department's key performance indicators and report this to management;
* You will take initiatives to promote the operation of the sales department so that it benefits the sales
* You will provide both sales and technical training;
* You will function as an escalation channel for your sellers and business customers.

Experience:
* You have a minimum of 5 years of people management experience;
* You have an affinity with and knowledge of the B2B telecom world so that you can manage the Internal Account Managers optimally;
* You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
* You communicate, follow up and take actions to achieve the team goals;
* You are an excellent team player and customer oriented.
