TEAM CENTER PROGRAM MANAGER - GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN - GERMAN SPEAKING
One of our Major Clients is urgently looking for a Team Center Program Manager
PLEASE FIND SOME DETAILS BELOW:
. Program management experience at client site with TeamCenter background
. Excellent English and German language skills. Should be an expert in German language.
Ensuring global delivery capabilities, quality and productivity in line with business strategies and imperatives
Overseeing governance of all projects under the scope.
Setting and Ensuring Compliance Project Delivery Practices
Inculcating best practices in the area of project management.
Identifying, understanding and monitoring the costs affecting the gross margin.
RiskContracts and related areas.
Monitor Contractual Obligations and Performance Guarantees; identifying and mitigating risks involved.
Ensuring clients are billed appropriately for services defined in the contract
Update practices with the latest requirements of the industry.
Understand from practices the latest trends in the domain.
Review project technical challenges with practices.
Ensure developmental plans are created and followed in collaboration with vertical managers and HR.
Performance Management & Development of immediate team.
Ensure performance assessment processes are followed within specified timelines for entire down line.
Provide inputs for trainings (both functional & technical) to the training team.
Efforts towards minimizing talent loss through attrition.
Collaborating with Sales counterpart to ensure practice of power of two concept
Set up and assess check points that allow to check efficiency and implementation of power of two
Setup and follow communication methods that allow seamless and integrated global service delivery process
Ensure that information loss through the communication channels (between customer, sales & vertical) is minimal thereby safeguarding client satisfaction
Responsible for forecasting/giving resource projections and infrastructural requirements
Recruitment Support in terms of interviews.
