Projektbeschreibung
Job purpose:
Support the Team with general project management task for specific projects in agreement with the Manager:
* Keep calendars updated and manage agenda/organize travels/support in preparing visa and invitation letters
* Deal with incoming correspondence email & calls, independently, autonomously or according to instructions. Able to write/communicate and interact at leadership level, with countries and global Teams
* Develop expenses reports, coordinate approval and monitor expenses against budget
* Place/control Purchase Orders and process Invoices
* Support internal meetings organization (attendees' coordination, set up rooms, refreshment/food, set up video/phone conferences, set up presentations, etc)
* Liaise with different stakeholders: IT, travel agency and catering to ensure efficient support to the team
Ideal Background:
Education: Minimum: High School Diploma/University Degree
Experience: Minimum 1/2 years as executive/sales
Technical skills: Proficiency with MS Office
Good user-level IT knowledge (ppt, Photoshop, video, exl)
Advanced English and French
Soft skills:
Good writing skills in English
Communication skills to interact at leadership level and in Matrix organization
Teamwork and collaboration
Take autonomously on responsibilities/self-starter
Customer-oriented
Problem identification and solving
