THE OPPORTUNITY:
The role of the Resource Coordination Team is to ensure not only that the implementation consultants are where they should be and that they have the information they need but also to ensure the commercial success of the division by ensuring the maximum renewal of software maintenance agreements. The team is successfully led by the Resource Coordination Manager who takes ownership and responsibility for this figure on a monthly basis.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Time-management and planning skills
- Focused on achieving targets
- Self-motivated and flexible team player and able to work under pressure
- Strong proven experience within an administrative role
- Knowledge of Oracle databases (or a similar order processing system)
- A good and up-to-date commercial awareness
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales and Management Team to ensure all job requirements are booking in a timely manner
- Assist in the resolution of implementation/resourcing issues to ensure customer satisfaction both internal and external
- Provide Support to both Internal and External Customers when scheduling resource, providing support renewals and obtaining special pricing
