Job Description
As the Team Admin you will have the opportunity to become a key part in the delivery of all admin to the team working within a demanding yet rewarding environment.
This is role is suitable to a candidate that has experience within PA/Secretarial/Administration roles at a senior level, looking to extend their knowledge and skills within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, with a flexible approach to providing all round support to a busy team. This person will be keen to get involved within all areas of work and provide high level support to both senior managers and other administration staff based in London.
Team Admin will be responsible for:
- Diary management for several managers
- Admin support for management team
- General support across FI
- Booking meeting rooms and other meeting facilities
- Arranging audio and video conferencing.
- Preparing daily papers and presentations
- Updating organisation charts
- Creating and updating distribution lists
- Booking international travel
- Expenses
- Assisting with setting up new joiners
- Maintaining weekly whereabouts
- Office management inc. stationery, fire drills, new procedures etc.
- General Ad hoc admin duties

A demanding but rewarding role within a team looking for an experienced Team Administrator for a leading Investment Bank. Someone with good communication and organisational skills and experience within financial services background would be ideal in order to support several managers with ad-hoc duties, diary management and booking international travel among other duties.
