An number of exciting opportunities have arisen to join a high profile client, based in Leeds. The Team Administrators will provide business support as required in or to deliver projects and work streams to time quality and budget. They will manage specific pieces of work to meet objectives, ensuring that relevant policies and procedures are adhered to.

Key responsibilities:

- Priorities the work of self and others to deliver business objectives
- Collate and analyse data and information to produce financial and resource reports to inform effective decision making
- Liaise with colleagues and customers to build effective relationships to develop efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of services
- Comply with statutory and internal processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records

Key Skills and Experiences:

- Previous admin experience.
- Previous purchase ledger clerk experience.
- Ability to use office software products to enable production/maintenance of a range of documents and spreadsheets
- Ability to work effectively with others in an office environment or delivering an efficient customer service

Candidates will preferably have had experience of working in transport industry or within the public sector.
