Teaching Assistants and Behavioral Support

Capita Education are currently looking to find a teaching assistant who is able to support students on a one to one, or small group basis in Bournemouth.

You will be confident in both supporting a teacher and also be happy to work with students who may present challenging behaviour, and offer feedback on the work you do.

To be considered for the position you must:
*Have experience within primary education at Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2) level
*Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team
*Have a passion for learning with the ability to support the teacher
*Have a professional and flexible attitude.

We are looking for a person who is able to become an integral part of the school. Any applicant should be confident of being able to really enrich the environments that they are placed in. You will be required to teach pupils of all abilities and must be able to adapt your lessons or approach to the specific needs of the class or individual.
