My client is a two form entry Primary school based in Stratford upon Avon. The most recent Ofsted report said nearly all students are making good progress to reach excellent standards in Maths, reading and writing by the end of year 6. The school provides a very safe and warm environment which means pupils look forward to attending school and enjoy the lessons.

The senior learning team are looking to recruit a graduate Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage 2 classes, supporting the teaching staff on a full time basis.

To be successful in the role of a Teaching Assistant it is essential that you are motivated and hard working, with a desire to succeed as a Teacher in the future. This demanding role needs flexible people that are able to commit to working 5 days a week during term time. The greater your passion for teaching the more the pupils and your future career will benefit.

As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant you will be actively involved in all aspects of classroom life. As well as working with the class as a whole there will be the requirement to work with small groups and on occasion on a 1:1 basis. With differing levels of ability in the school, it's important you're able to tailor your assistance to the needs of individual pupils.
