Teacher of Health & Social Care

A successful High School in Norwich are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and ambitious Teacher of Health & Social Care to start as soon as possible.

The School are looking for full time cover until the end of the academic year with the view to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will take on this full teaching role of planning, preparing and delivering classes to students. The role will include responsibility for marking, assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of students as set out by the School guidelines and within statutory requirements.

You will also be expected to participate in the pastoral management organisation of the School, be present at department meetings and attend parents evenings where needed.

The School aims aim to provide a happy, safe, and caring community and offer a supportive department and SLT team.

To be considered for this position of Health & Social Care Teacher you must:

*Have experience in teaching Secondary education within a Technology department
*Hold Qualified Teacher status (QTS) or be a newly qualified teacher (NQT)
*Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary Teachers
*Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
