Specific experience of Link 22, Link 11, and Link 16 systems and TDLs would be highly advantageous.
Extensive and on-going Knowledge Transfer is required over the 3 year period, so any previous experience undertaking similar tasks would be beneficial,
Coupled with this, the need to provide continuous and sound technical advice means good communication skills are essential.
