Tax & Stat Reporting Project Manager Tax Compliance - £385 per day

This role is part of the Project Team for tax compliance and is assisting with setting up a joint venture between two large pharmaceutical companies. Its responsibility is to ensure that the M&A/Joint Venture is compliant in terms of tax and statutory reporting.

This includes collecting and collating relevant data, identifying issues and assisting with project implementation at a global worldwide level. You will be working closely with the Project Team as well as Service Line Owners for Tax and Reporting.

To be successful in this role you will need high level international tax and statutory reporting knowledge as well as experience in M&A or change environment.

This role is based in West London (near Heathrow) and offers a salary a daily rate up to £385 per day for an initial 6 months.
