Tax Reporting, IFRS, Risk Management

My client, a leading top tier bank, is looking for a Senior Tax Risk Reporting Manager.

Responsibilities:
*Ensure the bank is compliant with the International Accounting Standard for Tax (IAS12);
*Ensure appropriate and accurate tax disclosures are internally and externally made.
*To ensure that operational tax risk is effectively managed and reported timely and efficiently
*To plan and execute changes to the banks tax risk and reporting processes to meet the commercial objectives and strategies of senior management.
*To identify and address the impact of any IFRS accounting standards alterations.

Requirements:
*Qualified tax professional (preferably Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Institute of Taxation or equivalent).
*Specialist knowledge and experience in IFRS tax reporting and tax risk management.
*Specialist experience in financial services preferred.
*Experience in managing process change.
*Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and project management skills.
