TAX MANAGER Middle Office INVESTMENT METHODOLOGIES DOCUMENTATION TAX RELIEF ADR FINANCIAL SERVICES

We have an opportunity for an interim Senior Tax Consultant/Manager to join an experienced international team of Tax Specialists, where you will be responsible for ensuring the tax profile of various clients is correct and in line with their investment methodologies. The role will also involve working across a variety of special internal and external projects.

EXAMPLES OF KEY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Ensuring documentation requirements and tax rates within client markets are understood and obtained
- Ensuring the ADR (American Depository Receipts) process complies with the new operating model
- Validating the tax status for a variety of clients
- Updating tax metrics in custody and specialist tax systems

This is an opportunity for a Senior Tax Specialist who has recently been working within the Fund/Asset Management space, to take on a highly visible role that will involve liaising with Tax Managers, IT, Vendors and Market Utilities.

Successful candidates will have a strong knowledge of ADR processes along with DTC and Globe Tax market changes.
