Tax Financial Analyst

Tax Financial Analyst - Global Oil & Gas Organisation

A global oil & gas organisation are looking for Tax Financial Analyst to support their UK tax reporting team. You will gain exposure to a wide range of tax and accounting issues and insight into the Group's reporting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the UK tax reporting team with the extraction and analysis of group accounts data.
- Review and challenge reported data.
- Liaise with Accounting Policy and Tax experts to prepare position papers on specific transactions and other issues as required for audit purposes.
- Preparation of the UK tax quarterly due diligence materials.
- Review and analyse the mid quarter tax GFO for the UK, provide relevant forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with controls over tax information included in financial reports.
- Complete quarterly Balance Sheet Integrity reviews.

Experience Required:

- Internationally recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CPA etc).
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and internal control processes
- Experience working with global teams
- Knowledge of SAP
