Tax CRS Business Analyst - Investment Bank

Our client is a well-known, global investment bank currently looking for an experienced Tax Business Analyst, with experience in FATCA and Common Reporting Standard (CRS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for GBM CRS business analysis including defining and standardising requirements cross product, cross line of business and across regional hubs to ensure that CRS is implemented successfully.

This work involves:
Defining current landscape, analysis and assessment of globally produced material, defining specific business requirements, processes and procedures, technical solution proposal reviews, traceability from legislation through to deliverables and acting as an SME and escalation point for all GBM CRS sites globally.

In addition the role holder will provide input to design discussions and project planning meetings including full ownership of the CRS functional design and global business process across 58 sites.

Requirements:

- 5+ years relevant BA experience within Global Banking and Markets business teams
- Knowledge of the OECD Common Reporting Standard requirements and FATCA requirements
- Cross product operational banking knowledge
- Experienced in delivering regulatory programmes in a Global Banking & Markets context
- Ability to prioritise work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical environment
- Business process modelling and procedure definition
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to choose communication style and media appropriate to the subject and audience
- Ability to lead discussions to a conclusion, negotiation skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Degree educated in a relevant business or technical area
