MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY
Development of the TELEPHONY APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE (TAPI)
DESIRED SKILLS
Oracle 11g (SQL & PL/SQL)
Familiarity with PowerCenter ETL tools
UNIX (Solaris) & Shell Scripting
Data warehousing experience
Data modelling
Control-M
Report writing with SAP Crystal Reports and/or Web Intelligence
