Tape Out Support Engineer

Our client are seeking a Tape out Support Engineer to help on their designs within the CMOS mixed signal department. The team is growing and their is a great deal of work on currently. The client need a consultant that is willing to perform manual and visual checks and trouble shoot issues for their customers. This is a repetitive role and therefore a detailed design engineer IS NOT needed, if you have experience of doing tasks such as the above then please send the CV.

This is a 6-12 months rolling contract

Skill/duties

Reviewing CMOS designs working with a varied levels of nm technology.

Being able to review designs, investigate issues with customers and help solve them.

Execute tasks, scripts are written in Perl, bash or TCL and you will need to advise on settings for customers and helping them with a step by step guide on how to solve and troubleshoot.

Knowledge of CMOS, wafer and transistors is a bonus

If you have previous design experience then this is brilliant, ie CMOS design.
