Taleo (TBE) - Performance Specialist

We are seeking a Taleo (TBE) - Performance Specialist for a long term contract position in Marietta, GA.

Responsibilities for Taleo (TBE) Performance Specialist
Work as a member of the technology operations team and provide technology support to the internal team by managing the functional aspects of HR software applications and serving as a change agent to promote efficiencies through the use of technology.
Maintain responsibility for technical and functional administration of components within the Taleo Performance application. Resolve application issues within the Taleo Talent Management system and resolve technical issues by serving as a liaison with the business owner, fellow teammates, and the IT development team.
Serve as Tier II Help Desk support for user issues and requests and provide user training, including creation of tutorials and coaching users on the use of application. Lead user testing, including design, creation, and implementation of comprehensive test scripts and plans for Taleo system upgrades and enhancements.
Implement systems upgrades and changes and work with IT team to manage interfaces between Taleo and HR Information Systems.
