Taleo System Administrator (2574)

For a maternity coverage of approximately six months at our banking client site in Zurich we are looking for a

TALEO SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (2574)

Your responsibility includes:

- A key position for the escalation of issues to Oracle Tech Support and contact person for release information and impact overviews
- The opportunity to act as first line in-house support for WebTop users
- Monitoring of system usage metrics and identifying improvement areas
- Interaction with Taleo-related solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test environments, coordinating the test execution, and validating test results
- Configuration Tasks and Data entry/maintenance of Administrator WebTop
- The chance to act as coordinator for trainings to rollout future releases to maximize system efficiencies
- Participation in new system implementations, enhancement deployment, and incident management efforts with various tasks, such as creation of system and end user documentation
- Responsibility for the interface with in-house IT

To fulfil these tasks successfully, you have the following experience/qualification:

- TALEO V10 SYSTEM EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY ON A GLOBAL LEVEL
- EXPERIENCE WITH TALEO SYSTEM CONFIGURATION AND USERS SUPPORT
- Background in recruitment to understand staffing needs and impact of system an advantage
- High degree of technical savvy (not necessarily a technical background)
- Creative problem solving skills in order to utilize the system to its highest advantage
- Robust customer service and relationship skills in order to help with user issues
- Solid business English, additional languages (especially German) preferable
