Taleo Support Analyst/Business Analyst

ROLE- TALEO SUPPORT ANALYST/BUSINESS ANALYST
LOCATION- CLEMONT, FRANCE
DURATION- 3-6+MONTHS

LANGUAGE - FRENCH AND ENGLISH MANDATORY

JOB REQUIREMENT:

- Interacting with technical teams and end users.
- Leading the implementation and maintenance of business-critical processes and systems.
- Implementation and maintenance of key global system setup and participate in data conversion and QA processes.
- SLA Management
- Application Support Analysis and Programming (L2 and L3)
- Daily support activities for all the applications, as specified in the support manual
- Ongoing monitoring of the applications throughout the day
- Respond to incidents logged by users through the Help Desk system and keeping the users up to date with the progress of issues.
- Reporting of incident to vendor where applicable, including follow-up of issues.
- Reporting of incident to other support areas in IT where applicable, including following up issues.
- Must demonstrate leadership in his role.
- Must be capable to propose and to implement support optimizations ideas.

- Write Specification:
- Code, Test & Fix, document Code & Maintenance guide (it is only parametrisation of the tool)
- Support User AcceptanceTesting
- Issue analysis
- Bug fixing
- Support to roll out into production
- Creating and maintaining project related documents in the repository
