DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:

- The Taleo Application Specialist has the primary responsibility of supporting all HR facets of the company's Talent Acquisition technology.
- This role resides within the HR Solutions team and will collaborate with internal Global HR Solutions (Global Taleo Team), other Region Taleo users, business partners and current external third party providers.
- Operationally, the specialist will support the NA end to end recruiting process through to onboarding of a new employee from a technology perspective.
- At times, this position will participate in project implementation work in addition to maintaining the steady state model of service delivery.
- A successful jobholder: maintains current technology and process information to a global audience (as applicable); identifies technology defects and successfully manages fixes, corrections, and enhancements; and provides additional support as needs are identified.
- As the designated Taleo NA support, the specialist must understand and ensure global standards and processes are utilized appropriately in the NA Region.
- The Taleo specialist will serve as liaison for issues and needs to the Global Taleo Team who manages the configuration and interfaces of the system.
- Specialist will provide assistance to end-users and support the HR Centers of Expertise with the development and application of Taleo and other systems as required.
- The specialist will also oversee any issues with technology and data related touch points with onboarding of new hire in Taleo, new employee record creation in SAP, and computer provisioning of a new hire.

Taleo Region Support:

- Manage Talent Acquisition and HR Solution requirements for Taleo functional enhancements and break/fix issues.
- Liaise with Global Taleo Application Manager for issue resolution and enhancement requests.
- Manage change requests (PHR's and PCR's) for any development requests.
- Responsible for integrating technology and process delivery with complete HRPS service delivery model, IS and any other critical integration areas.
- Liaise with HR NA Workforce Administration Team (IBM) and HR Solutions Coordinators for data issues for new hires in SAP.

Manage the network of Taleo users:

- End-user support of Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, Hiring Managers
- Regular Training of new users
- HR process support from creation of requisitions, data issues between Taleo and SAP, successful onboarding of new hires
- Technical support of system functionality
- Ensure adherence to global and NA Region standard

Manage Ticket Management process:

- Primary interface between International IT and International users.
- Manage and review ticketing processes across NA Region to ensure optimum service levels to end users.
- Regular review of processes and suggestions for process improvements.
- Assist in issue resolution for complaints.
- Coordinate with other application contacts to ensure a seamless service provision to the business.
- Coordinate with other application contacts to ensure consistent support processes, share best practices, and to look for opportunities on a global basis.

Candidate Support:

- Resetting of recruiting system passwords for applicants.
- Facilitating onboarding access for new hires, communicating any issues with Recruiting Coordinators

Projects Involvement:

- The position is permanently involved in local, regional or global projects and initiatives. Thereby, the position does have different levels of involvement, which can be:
- Participation in testing of new processes and functionality
- Generate ideas for new solutions, share best practices and leverage experience so that all stakeholders and the entire HR function benefit from the use of technology.

Internal and External Contacts:

- Internal: HRBLs, COE, Global HR Solutions, other region HR Technology interfaces
- External: HR NA Workforce Administration (IBM), third party vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Taleo experience.
- Understanding of SAP HR data.
